About US
Imagination Station is a licensed child care home and has been owned and operated by Jessica Downey and Jeannie Owsley since 2011. We achieved National Accreditation through NAFCC in 2016 and are on Paths to Quality level 4. Though we are a child care home, we run out of our own building instead of in a house. This gives us the unique ability to be able to separate age groups and provide age appropriate curriculum but also become like family.
We hold a Class 2 Child Care Home License which means we we can have up to 16 children. We are licensed for ages 6 weeks - 18 years.
We are open Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

A Little Bit About the Providers
Jessica Downey
Jessica is married and is the mother of 2 boys. She has always wanted to take care of children. She and her husband, Josh, bought their home in LaGrange because it had an extra building that she planned to remodel as a daycare. She and her sister Jeannie remodeled the building in 2010 (with much help from their husbands) and became licensed in 2011. Jessica has a Child Development Associates Credential and continues training on best practices in child care and development all throughout the year. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. She has been very active in Cub Scouts throughout the years and she and her boys love to camp. Everyone in the family loves video games, board games, and bonfires.
Jeannie Owsley
Jeannie is married with 2 children and has lived in the LaGrange area since 2005.  Jeannie holds a Child Development Associates Credential and an Associates in Early Childhood Education. She is currently working on a B.S. in Education Preschool-Grade 3/Mild Intervention and always continues training throughout the year. Jeannie enjoys spending time with her family, camping, swimming, playing games, or movie nights.
