About our services

In a safe, loving, respectful environment, children have the greatest opportunity to grow and develop; however, we believe we must go above and beyond safety, love, and respect so we strive to create an environment that is fulfilling, enriching and supporting of all possible learning and growing opportunities. These carefree years are far too short. Therefore, we do not rush children through this fun-filled time in their lives. Rather, each child is encouraged to develop and grow at their own pace. We take great care to provide a warm, friendly, and fun environment for every child while ensuring they receive the guidance and structure they need. We strive to nurture children's ideas and imagination, acknowledge each child's individuality, and validate each personality. Our goal is to provide a place where children know that they are accepted, loved, protected, and wanted; helping to instill in each child a strong sense of self-worth and purpose.

Curriculum: About

Our Curriculum

We develop a curriculum based on the individual needs of the children and the Indiana Early Learning Foundations. We believe in hands-on learning through play and exploration. For this reason, you will not see worksheets coming home. Children learn best when all their senses are involved so we will write in sand, shaving cream, and whipped cream. We will count and sort real objects that they can move with their fingers, and we will provide open exploration for children to make discoveries on their own. We believe in using our imaginations and creating. For this reason you will not find doll houses or other large structures in our block area. Instead, you will find different types of building materials (wood blocks, magna tiles, etc) along with open-ended materials such as rocks, wood pieces, pieces of cloth and more. We believe in teaching the whole child so our curriculum is developed to teach in all developmental domains as listed below.
